摘  要:洗煤厂排放的煤泥由于其粒度细且均一(小于75μm粒度占90%以上)、灰分含量高、含水量大、燃烧热值低等特性。该实验通过煤泥与焦化废水共制水煤浆并对其成浆性进行研究,研究结果表明浆体的成浆浓度高达72%,稳定性至少大于10d,具有明显的宾汉塑性体特性,抗老化和抗温变性能都比较好。Slime of the coal preparation plant is characteristic of small and uniform size, high ash and water content, low calorific value. The purpose of the experiment was to research the slurry ability of CWS which was mixed coal slime with coking wastewater. The results showed that: the slurry concentration up to 72 % and the stability more than 10 d. It also had significant Bingham plastics property and better anti-ageing and anti-temperature change characteristic.
