摘 要:通过对血压和心率的测定与观察,探讨不同浓度的短柄五加水提液对家兔的影响。采用耳沿静脉注射的麻醉方法,制备家兔麻醉模型,然后,依次从耳沿静脉注射不同浓度的短柄五加水提液溶液组,通过Bl-410智能生物信号显示与处理系统记录血压和心率的变化。结果表明,不同浓度的短柄五加水提液对家兔血压和心率有作用,能够使血压升高,且随着浓度的变化,升压作用越明显。The experiment is to discover the effects of physiological saline and different concentration of ZnSO4 and MgSO4 solution on the rabbit by observing and measuring its blood pressure (BP) and heart rate (HR). The pattern of the anaesthetic rabbit was built by abdominal cavity injection - anaesthesia approach. Then the rabbit was given an injection of physiological saline (5mL) and different concentration of MgSO4and ZnSO4 solution by the ear side. Changes of HR and BP are shown and recorded by BL -410 intelligence biology signal. The results showed that physiological saline does not have a distinct effect on HR and BP of rabbit, while the different concentration of ZnSO4 and MgSO4 solution have certain pressor effects, and the pressor effects was more evident with the change of concentration.
