龙胆泻肝丸对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病的疗效

摘　　要：目的:研究龙胆泻肝丸对非胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(NIDDM)伴高胰高糖素血症(hGUG)患者的疗效.方法;24位病例随机等分为治疗组和对照组.治疗组在保持原用西药治疗的基础上,po,龙胆泻肝丸,6g,tid×12wk;对照组保持原用西药治疗外不用其他任何药物.原有用药为甲磺吡脲、盐酸二双胍;剂量、用法均不变.空腹胰高血糖素(GUG)用RIA法测定.结果:治疗组空腹GUG水平有明显下降(P<0.001),空腹血糖也明显下降(P<0.001);对照组空腹GUG和空腹血糖均无明显下降(P>0.05).结论:在服用上列原来药物的同时,加服龙胆泻肝丸,能有效降低NIDDM病人的GUG和血糖水平.AIM : To study the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Long-dan-xie-gan pill in the treatment of non insulin dependent diabetes mellitus(NIDDM) patients with hy-perglucagonemia. METHODS: Twenty-four NIDDM patients with hyperglucagonemia were randomly divided into 2 groups:test group(12 cases)and control group(12 cases). All the 24 cases were kept their original therapeutic drug regimen,taking both gliclazid and glucophage, unchanged,while those cases in the test group were additionally treated with Long-dan-xie-gan pill ie,po, 6 g for each time,tid,12 wk as a treatment period. Fast blood glucagon level was determined by RIA before and at the end of 3 month observation period. Parallel fast blood glucose level was also detected. RESULTS:Results showed that in the test group both of the fast glucagon and fast glucose levels were decreased obviously (P<0. 001) ,while in the control group no statistic differences were found for them(P>0. 05). CONCLUSION: Our results could be led to the conclusion that the Long-dan-xie-gan pill when combined with gliclazid and glucophage therapy can reduce the blood levels of glucagon and glucose of those NIDDM patients while gliclazid and glucophage alone don't work on them.
