摘 要:针对当前铅冶炼生产工艺尾气中二氧化硫(SO2)和铅尘的处理现状,采用鼓泡式吸收塔代替传统喷淋塔,以生石灰为吸收液,对脱除炼铅厂尾气中的SO2和铅尘进行了中试研究。结果表明:浆液的pH值为5.5,喷管浸没深度为150 mm,可以达到最佳的运行状态,脱硫效率可达85%以上,除尘效率达97%以上。经连续运行,处理后炼铅尾气的SO2、铅尘排放浓度达到国家标准的规定。Aiming at the current situation of the process of removing sulfur dioxide and lead dust Irom lead smelter tail gas, the bubbling gas absorbing tower was used as a replacement of the conventional spray tower with quicklime as absorption liquid. Pilot scale experiment was made to study the removing rate of sulfur dioxide "and lead dust from lead smelters tail gas. The result showed that the removing percentage of sulfur dioxide could reach over 85% and the removing percentage of lead dust could reach over 97% when the pH value of slurry is 5. 5 and the depth of the submerged nozzle is 150 mm. After continuous treatment, the concentration of sulfur dioxide and lead dust in lead smelter tail gas could reach the national standard.
