摘  要:文章通过光化学反应,以羟乙基纤维素(HEC)为还原剂和稳定剂制备了金纳米粒子,采用UV-Vis、TEM、FT-IR以及pH值跟踪等对反应过程和产物进行了分析表征。结果表明,氯金酸(HAuCl4)还原成金纳米粒子的反应在60 min内完成,FT-IR分析证实了HEC被氧化;金纳米粒子尺寸和紫外吸收峰的强度均与HEC溶液的质量分数有关,最后还考察了金离子的浓度对还原过程的影响。在紫外照射条件下HEC能够将金离子还原成具有独特钝角三角形、六边形和圆形等不同形状的粒子,并将其稳定在水溶液中。Gold nanoparticles were photochemically prepared in the presence of a biopolymer, hydroxyethyl cellulose(HEC). The reduction process was characterized by UV-Vis spectra, FT-IR, pH tracing and TEM. Reduction of HAuCI4 to gold nanoparticles almost completed within about 60 min. FT- IR analysis confirmed the oxidation of HEC, which provided electrons for reduction of gold ions. Both the particle size and UV-visible absorption peak were depend'ent on the HEC concentration. The effects of HAuCh concentration were also studied. The particles with obtuse triangle, hexagon and round shapes were synthesized and in situ stabilized by the biopolymer.
