摘　　要：为了寻找高效新型含氟喹诺酮类抗菌药,将芳基酰氯与硫氰酸钠反应并经分子内重排生成的芳酰基硫代异氰酸酯,通过对诺氟沙星7-位哌嗪基进行修饰,合成了5个未见文献报道的7-(4-芳酰基硫脲)诺氟沙星的衍生物,其结构经IR、1HNMR、MS、元素分析确证。In order to search for novel fluoroquinolone analogues with high biological activities as antibacterial compounds,aryl acyl isosulfocyanic ester was prepared by reaction of aryl acyl chloride with sodium sulfocyanate.Five novel 7-（4-aryl acyl thiourea） norflorxacin derivatives were synthesized through modifying the 7-piperazine of norflorxacin with isosulfocyanic ester.Their structures were characterized by means of FT-IR,1HNMR and elemental analysis.
