谈“青马工程”实施背景下的大学生骨干培养工作

摘　　要：大学生骨干培养是高校人才培养的重要组成部分,是一项系统工程。实施"青年马克思主义者培养工程",提出了新的大学生骨干培养范畴、目标和要求,为大学生骨干培养注入了新的内涵。本文从"青马工程"实施背景下大学生骨干培养的瓶颈分析出发,提出了"青马工程"实施背景下大学生骨干培养的定位、课程化路径、非课程化路径以及系统保障。The cultivation and education of the backbone college student leaders is a significant part of the systematic engineering of cultivating college students.The implementing of A Program for Cultivating the Young Marxists offers the new definition,target,requirement to the backbone college student leaders,and gives it a new and profound connotation.Under the background of Young Marxists Cultivating Program,taking the analysis of the choke point of educating the backbone college student leaders as the starting point,this article puts forward the definition and position of cultivating the backbone college student leaders,as well as its curriculum route,non-curriculum route and safeguard system.
