公共安全科技体系的构建及运作策略——安徽合肥公共安全技术研究院建立引发的思考

摘　　要：从公共安全科技创新与产业发展的需求看,我国构建公共安全科技体系具有重要性和紧迫性。从汇聚人才、制订标准、专业投资、投入产出、利益分配等关键环节,有针对性地提出如何运作公共安全科技机构对策,有助于为建立相关领域的国家或区域级研究公共安全科技机构提供理论参考。Referring the operation rule of the international public security technology innovation and according to the missions and features of the Hefei Academy of Public Security Technology, we propose the correspond- ing strategies of how to run the Hefei Academy of Public Security Technology on the aspects of attracting tal- ents, setting standards, professional investment, input-output,and distribution of benefits.
