摘　　要：随着社会老龄化，股骨粗隆间骨折发病率越来越高。可根据患者年龄、全身状况骨折类型、功能要求等选择内固定或关节置换手术，围手术期的护理是保证手术成功的重要因素，该文就老年股骨粗隆间骨折的护理进展作一综述。Along with the social aging, the thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture disease incidence rate is getting higher and higher. May according to choices and so on patient age, whole body condition bone fracture type, function request fixed or the joint replaces the surgery, encircles the surgery time nursing is guaranteed that the surgery successful important attribute, this article makes a summary on the old age thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture＇s nursing progress.
