中药熏蒸配合推拿侧扳法治疗腰间盘突出症治疗观察

摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症是近年来脊椎病常见病之一。腰间盘突出后使间盘内压增高，改变了椎小关节的错缝和稳定性及周围肌力平衡，压迫N组织所引起一系列症状；如N根水肿、缺氧、炎性反应等。为了有更好的治疗效果，我们以中药熏蒸来加快腰椎周围组织的血液循环，以放松椎小关节周围的肌肉，使水肿加速吸收。再通过点穴、推拿侧板法等一系列手法来纠正腰椎肌力平衡，来改变突出物与受压N根的位置关系，使N恢复正常功能。The waist intervertebral disc prominent sickness was one of recent years spondylodynia common diseases. After waist plate prominent, made the plate intrinsic pressure to advance, changed zhui the small joint＇s fissure of displacement and the stability and periphery the myodynamia is balanced, oppresses the N organization to cause a series of symptoms; Like N root dropsy, oxygen deficit, inflammatory response and so on. In order to have the better treatment result, we speed up the lumbar vertebra peritonsillar tissue＇s blood circulation by the traditional Chinese medicine fumigation, relaxes zhui around the small joint＇s muscle, causes dropsy to accelerate to absorb. Through the finger--pressing, the massage side bar law and so on a series of techniques corrects the lumbar vertebra myodynamia to be balanced again, changes the overhang and the bearing N root position relations, makes N to restore the normal function.
