推拿加益气活血祛风汤治疗面瘫32例临床观察

摘　　要：面瘫又称口眼喁斜和面神经麻痹，临床分为周围性和中枢性两种，周围性面瘫系因茎乳突孔内急性非化脓性的面神经炎所引起面部表情肌瘫痪，亦称贝耳（Bell）氏麻痹。中枢性面瘫主要由颅内病变而致缺血、出血引起的后遗症。笔者以推拿治疗周围性面瘫为主，同时依症情辅以益气活血祛风内服汤药，具有见效快，疗程短，费用少，疗效好的优点。且不用打针，无痛苦，无副作用，易为面瘫患者接受，值得于临床推广。The facial paralysis said that the mouth eye slanting and the facial nerve is lacking in vigilance, periphery clinical divides into and the main center two kinds, the surroundings facial paralysis is because in the stem mastoid process hole the acute non--suppurative facial nerve inflammation causes the facial expression myo--paralysis, also said that bel （Bell） is lacking in vigilance. The author massages periphery the treatment the facial paralysis primarily, simultaneously depends on sickness the sentiment auxiliary to benefit the gas to invigorate the blood to relieve sickness the internal medicine Chinese medicine, has effectively quick, the treatment course is short, the expense are few, curative effect good merit. And does not need to give an injection, does not have the pain, does not have the side effect, accepts easily for the facial paralysis patient, is worth in the clinical promotion.
