摘　　要：随着检验医学和科学技术的发展，生化分析仪广泛应用，商品化的试剂盒不断涌现，自20世纪80年代末液体双生化试剂开始应用，其中分为单一试剂和双试剂，同样对应单一试剂和双试剂有两种不同类型的测定程序。一种是以样品启动反应的一步测定程序，使用单一复合试剂工作溶液；另一种是以试剂启动反应的二步测定程序，用双试剂。Along with the laboratory medicine and science＇s and technology＇s development, the biochemistry analyzer widely applies, the commercialized reagent box emerges unceasingly, started from the late--1980s liquid double biochemical reagent to apply, divided into the sole reagent and the double reagent, similarly the corresponding sole reagent and the double reagent had two different type determination procedures. As soon as one kind is paces off by the sample start response decides the procedure, the use sole compound reagent process solution; Another kind is two paces off by the reagent start response decides the procedure, with double reagent.
