摘　　要：痛风属于中医风湿热痹范畴，祖国医学认为多由湿浊邪热瘀阻留滞关节经络，气血不畅。治疗以清热除湿、通络止痛为治疗原则。针刺足阳明胃经经穴解溪、荥穴、内庭及阿是穴，具有清热祛邪，疏通局部经络之功效；三阴交为足三阴经之交会，电针刺激应用疏密波可起到刺激匀均增强针感，局部不易疲劳的作用。The uarthritis belongs to the Chinese medicine rheumatic fever rheumatism category, the motherland medicine thought that many anti--stays the joint channels and collaterals by the wet muddy evil hot stasis, the vitality is impeded.
