摘　　要：临床护理教学是护理专业教学的重要环节，教学质量的优劣、重视与否，在一定程度上直接影响到护生临床实习的效果。传统的教育体制，使临床护理教学的定位不清晰，没有明确的培养方向，加之近年来护生的起点低，直接影响着临床护生的培训效果。变革是产生于一种不同于以往的事物，分有计划的变革和无计划的变革，其目的是适应环境变化和改变员工行为。影响变革的因素有内部和外部因素，变革的目标是结构、技术和人员变革等。The clinical nursing teaching is the nursing specialized teaching important link, the quality of teaching fit and unfit quality, takes seriously or not, to a certain extent the immediate influence to protects lives the clinical practice the effect. The traditional education system, causes the clinical nursing teaching the localization not to be clear, does not have the explicit raise direction, in addition in recent years protected the fresh beginning to be low, the immediate influence clinical was protecting the fresh training effect. The transformation is produces with one kind is different with the former thing, divides has the plan transformation and the non--plan transformation, its goal is adapts the environmental variation and changes the staff behavior. The influence transforms the factor has the interior and the external factor, the transformation goal is the structure, the technology and the personnel transformation and so on.
