摘　　要：乡镇政府在履行公共物品供给职能中与各级领导机关、受益人及其组织团体有着千丝万缕的联系。在信息不对称的情况下,目前农村公共物品供求失衡现象隐藏着困扰乡镇政府的道德风险。The township governments＇ role in the management of public goods is far from being a ＂night watchman＂. In earrying out the functions of the supply of public goods township governments are inextricably linked to the governments at all levels, groups of beneficiaries and their organizations. Because of information asymmetry, there is the township governments＇ moral hazard problem hidden in the current imbalance between supply and demand of public goods in rural areas. This paper analyzes the possibility and the specific performance of township governments＇ moral hazard problem in supplying public goods .In the end, the essay puts forward some counter measures.
