广西沿海高校与北部湾经济区信息化建设

摘　　要：广西沿海高校具有服务北部湾经济区信息化建设的功能、学科专业、技术力量、信息资源等基本条件;可以通过开发利用信息资源、培养培训信息技术人员、与地方共建信息互动网络平台、信息技术研究开发等模式,为北部湾经济区信息化建设服务;而搞好服务,则需要以建立信息化建设服务运作机制、信息资源合作开发利用机制、社会信息化建设协作机制与激励机制,以及高校自身培养培训信息技术人员的制度来做保障。By using the information resource, training IT staff, establishing the interact platform and developing IT research, Guangxi coast universities possess the basic conditions like the function, profession, technology power and information resources to serve for the information construction of Beibu Gulf economic zone. To ensure this service, we should establish the information systems of operation, of cooperation development and utilization, of collaboration and of motivation. We should also establish the university system to train our own IT staff.
