鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎（SOM）的疗效。方法对35例（42耳）保守治疗无效的分泌性中耳炎患者行鼓膜置管治疗。结果术后随访6—18个月，平均10个月。治愈31耳（73．8％），好转7耳（16．7％），无效4耳（9．5％），总有效率90．5％。结论鼓膜置管术治疗分泌性中耳炎效果良好。Objective To observe the therapeutic effects of myringotomy supplemented with grommet insertion on patients with secretory otitis media（SOM）. Methods A retrospective study was made among on 35 patients （42 ears） with SOM treated by myringotomy supplemented with grommet insertion. Results Of the 42 ears,31 （73.8%） showed clinical cure,7（ 16.7% ）improvement,and 4（9.5% ）lack of efficacy,the total effective rate was 90.5%. Conclusion Myringotomy supplemented with grommet insertion is an effective treatment method to SOM patients
