摘 要:目的研究肾阳虚状态下血管升压素-环磷酸腺苷-水通道蛋白2(AVP-cAMP-AQP2)信号途径的功能变化,探讨肾主水的现代医学机制。方法20只成年雄性SD大鼠分为对照组和模型组。主要采用放免法测定血AVP和肾髓质cAMP水平、免疫组化技术检测集合管AQP2表达。结果与对照组相比,模型组大鼠的尿量明显增加,血AVP和肾髓质cAMP水平下降,集合管上皮细胞AQP2表达减少。结论肾阳虚时AVP-cAMP-AQP2信号途径功能下降。Objective To detect the modern medical mechanism of Kidney-yang deficiency by researching the function of AVP-cAMP-AQP2 in Kidney-"yang" Deficiency.Methods 20 male adult SD rats were randomly divided into control and model groups.Radioimmunoassay was employed to detect the AVP and cAMP levels,and immunohistochemistry was applied to measure AQP2 expression in collecting ducts.Results Compared with those in the control,urine volume was decreased markedly,plasma AVP and cAMP levels in renal medullar tissue were decreased obviously,and AQP2 expression was decreased significantly in model group.Conclusion The function of AVP-cAMP-AQP2 pathway decreases in Kidney-"yang" deficiency.
