思的明胶囊中梓醇含量的高效液相色谱测定

摘　　要：目的建立高效液相色谱法（HPLC）测定思的明胶囊（SDM）中梓醇含量。方法色谱柱为Hypersil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相为水-乙腈（99∶1）;流速为1.0 ml·min^-1;检测波长为210 nm;进样量20μl。结果建立的含量测定方法中,梓醇含量在0.4-2.4μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 8）,平均加样回收率为99.75%,RSD=0.53%。结论该方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于SDM胶囊的含量测定。Objective To establish a method for determination of catalpol in sidiming capsule by HPLC.Methods The sample was determined on Hypersil C18 column（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase consisted of water-acetonitrile（99：1） with a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^-1.The detection wavelength was set at 210 nm and the sample size was 20 μl.Results The linear curve of catalpol concentration within the range of 0.4-2.4 μg was ideal（r= 0.999 8）.The recorery rate was 99.75%,RSD= 0.53%.Conclusion This method is accurate,stable and reliable,and it can be used for the determination of catalpol in sidiming capsules.
