泽兰提取物对乙醇致小鼠胃溃疡保护作用

摘　　要：目的观察泽兰提取物对无水乙醇诱导小鼠胃溃疡的保护作用。方法60只雄性小鼠随机分为正常组,模型组,泽兰提取物高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和阳性对照组。泽兰提取物高、中、低剂量组分别按1.0,0.5,0.2 g/kg灌胃泽兰提取物;阳性对照组按0.2 g/kg灌胃西咪替丁,共5 d。第5天,除正常组外,采用无水乙醇灌胃致小鼠胃黏膜损伤型急性胃溃疡,比较各组胃溃疡指数,计算溃疡抑制率;测定胃组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果高剂量组和中剂量组泽兰提取物能显著降低无水乙醇引起小鼠胃溃疡的溃疡指数(P<0.05),溃疡抑制率分别为72.0%和57.4%,并均能明显升高胃组织SOD的活性(P<0.05),降低MDA含量(P<0.05)。结论泽兰提取物通过抗氧化活性对无水乙醇致小鼠胃溃疡具有一定的保护作用。Objective To observe the protective effect of Lycopus lucidus Turcz.methanolic extract against gastric ulcer induced by anhydrous ethanol in mice.Methods 60 mice were randomly divided into normal control,model control group,high dosage,middle and low dosage group and positive control group.The drug groups were pretreated intragastrically with 1.0,0.5,0.2 g/kg extract.Positive control group was pretreated intragastrically with 0.2 g/kg cimetidine.Control mice were given the same volume of physiological saline.On the 5th day of feeding,the mice except normal control group were orally treated with 0.1 ml/20g anhydrous ethanol for gastric-ulcer induction.The gastric ulcer index and ulcer inhibition were measured,and superoxide dismutases（SOD） and malondialdehyde（MDA） levels in gastric tissue were determined.Results The 1.0 and 0.5 g/kg doses of methanolic extract of L.lucidus showed antiulcer effects of 72.0% and 57.4% with the increase of SOD activity and decrease of MDA content in gastric tissue,respectively,compared to the model control group.Conclusion The methanolic extract of L.lucidus can prevent the ethanol-induced gastriculcer in mice through its antioxidation.
