摘 要:目的研究乙酰苯肼致血虚大鼠肠系膜微循环的变化特点,以及四物汤的干预作用。方法通过皮下注射乙酰苯肼(APH)制备血虚模型大鼠,用BI2000医学分析系统观察大鼠肠系膜一般体征,重点观察微循环动、静脉流速(BFVA、BFVV)、微动、静脉管径(DA、DV)及其DA/DV的变化。同时进行足底微循环的相关检测。结果①血虚大鼠肠系膜微循环血色暗淡,网点数减少,流态呈粒线流甚至聚集流,动、静脉流速明显减慢;DV明显增大,而DA/DV极其显著性降低(P<0.01或P<0.005),有明显的渗出反应。足底微循环量明显降低。②四物汤能明显改善上述微循环的异常改变,尤其能明显提高肠系膜DA/DV(P<0.01或P<0.005),明显提高肠系膜和足底血流速度(P<0.005),减少肠系膜微循环渗出。结论血虚大鼠存在微循环管壁损伤、血流淤滞以及渗出反应,四物汤能修复缺血损伤、改善瘀血和渗出,呈现补血调血功能。Objective To study the characteristics of mesenteric microcirculation and hemorrheology parameters in blood deficiency rats induced by acetylphenylhydrazine(APH)and intervention of Siwu decoction.Methods APH was injected subcutaneously on the back of rats to establish a blood deficiency model.The BI-2000 medical analysis system was used to study the mesenteric microcirculation and the changes of BFVA,BFVA,DV,DA,DA/DV.The general signs of animal were also investigated.Plantar microcirculation was also observed.Results ①The color of mesenteric microcirculation in blood deficiency was dim,the number of capillary networks was decreased,mesenteric microcirculation blood flow showed line flow state with particle and aggregation flow state.BFVA and BFVA were decreased obviously,DV was increased obviously,but DA/ DV was decreased significantly(P〈0.01or P〈0.005),mesenteric microcirculation had obvious exudation.Plantar microcirculation volume was decreased obviously.②Siwu decoction could significantly improve the microcirculation of abnormal changes,especially improve DA/ DV(P〈0.01 or P〈0.005),and blood flow of mesenteric and plantar microcirculation(P〈0.005),reduce exudation.Conclusion Vessel wall injury of mesenteric microcirculation in model rats exists,as well as blood stasis and exudation.Siwu decoction can significantly renovate ischemic injury,improve blood stasis and exudation and show,blood-tonifying and blood-regulating function.
