高良姜的紫外谱线组法鉴别研究

摘　　要：目的采用紫外谱线组法鉴别不同产地的高良姜,为高良姜药材的质量控制提供可靠依据。方法测绘不同产地高良姜药材水、无水乙醇、氯仿和石油醚（60-90℃）等4种溶剂浸提液的紫外吸收谱线,并对其特征吸收进行分析。结果不同产地高良姜药材的紫外谱线组图谱、最大吸收峰数目及峰位值基本相同。结论紫外谱线组法鉴别高良姜特征明显、重现性好、操作性强,是一种快速、简便、可靠的鉴别方法。Objective To provide the reliable proof for identification of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum by UV spectrophotometry groups.Methods Mapping the UV absorption spectrum of the extracts of Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum in different areas,and analyzing its characteristic absorption.Results The UV spectra of the samples gave similar maximum absorption peaks both in number and intensities.Conclusion This identification method is simple and accurate,and can be used to distinguish Rhizoma Alpiniae officinarum.
