摘 要:目的研究青蒿叶、桉树叶、红树植物白骨壤叶乙醇提取物对大蜡螟虫的毒杀作用以及对虫体几丁质酶活性的抑制作用。方法采用室内药液喷虫法测定3种植物乙醇提取物的杀虫活性与抑制几丁质酶活性。结果青蒿、桉树、红树植物白骨壤叶乙醇提取物对大蜡螟24h的校正死亡率分别为(69.00±3.87)%,(53.47±11.63)%,(18.60±6.70)%。对大蜡螟几丁质酶的抑制率分别为(20.33±1.42)%,(20.59±1.72)%,(13.56±1.58)%。结论青蒿叶与桉树叶植物乙醇提取物的杀虫活性与抑制几丁质酶活性显著高于红树植物白骨壤叶乙醇提取物(P<0.05)。Objective To study the effects of southernwood leaves,eucalyptus leaves and mangrove avicennia marina leaves ethanol extracts on the insecticidal activity and chitinase inhibitory activity against Galleria mellonella.Methods The insecticidal activity and chitinase inhibitory activity of the three plant ethanol extracts were tested for indoor contact toxicity by using sprinkling method.Results The results showed that after 24 h treatment,the corrected death ratios of southernwood,eucalyptus and mangrove avicennia marina leaves ethanol extract were(69.00±3.87)%,(53.47±11.63) %,(18.60±6.70) % and the inhibition ratios of chitinase were(20.33±1.42)%,(20.59±1.72)%,(13.56±1.58)%,respectively.Conclusion The insecticidal activity and chitinase inhibitory activity of southernwood and eucalyptus leaves ethanol extract were higher than mangrove avicennia marina leaves ethanol extract markedly.
