摘　　要：采用PLC作为控制设备,服务器作为上位机的结构形式,基于IFIX提供的SCADA和HMI组件以及可与多种PLC进行通讯的I/O驱动程序,开发了可与多种PLC进行接口的热风炉自动控制系统,并保证了数据的高度完整性。运行结果表明,操作站控制可靠,调节精度高:服务器运行稳定,操作方便;整套系统具有较高的自动化水平。By using PLC as the control device and Server as the host computer, hot blast stove automation system interfaced with variety PLCs has been developed. It provides IFIX-based SCADA and HMI component, as well as I/O driver communicated with variety PLCs, which ensures the high degree of data integrity. The result shows reliable opera- tion of station control and high precision of regulation. Server is running stable and easy to operate. The automation situation of the entire system is in the hi qh-quality lever.
