摘　　要：以综合交通紧急事件处理预案库为研究基础,结合综合交通紧急事件管理系统的研发目标,采用适合各种类型紧急事件处理预案特征的微观仿真分析方法。通过对预案的可视化仿真分析,研究不同紧急事件处理预案在不同交通状况下的实施效果,为预案的研究提供更直观的依据。The research of the subject is on the basis of preplanning library of comprehensive traffic emergent incidents handling, and is conducted in conjunction with the aim of studying and developing comprehensive traffic emergent incidents management system. It adopts the micro simulation analysis method which fits various kinds of preplanning characteristics of emergent incidents handling, by applying the visualised simulation analysis to preplanning, studies the execution effects of different emergent incidents handling preplanning in different traffic situations, and provides more intuitive basis to the research on preplanning.
