摘　　要：农民工是我国经济社会转型时期推进城市发展的一支重要力量。然而从目前我国农民工医疗保障整体来看,供需矛盾十分突出。究其原因,主要在于农民工医疗救助制度的缺失。为此,政府应积极发挥作用,制定相应法律法规,逐步建立和完善适合农民工工作和生活特点的医疗救助制度,促进社会公平与和谐发展。During the economic and social transformation period of China, the migrant workers play an important role in promoting the urban development. However, from the eyes of medical security, the im- balance between supply and demand is still very conspicuous. The main reason is the absence of medical as- sistance system of migrant workers. Therefore, the government should play an active role to change the present situation and promote the equity and harmony of society by formulating the laws and regulations, and gradually establishing and improving the medical aid system agreeing with the working and living characteristics of migrant workers.
