摘 要:为解决中原油田注水系统的腐蚀及注水水质不达标的难题,以马厂油田污水站为突破口,分析了所采用的常规处理工艺失效的原因。认为,所处理的水中CO2、钙镁离子和乳化油等含量高,而处理工艺却没有采用相应的措施,导致腐蚀严重,水质不达标。这一问题在我陆上油田具有普遍性。To overcome a difficulty that the corrosion and water quality is not up to the standard of water flooding system, an ordinary technology for treating injection water used in Machang oilfield is described and reasons for failuer of the technology are analyzed. It is believed that the content of CO 2,Ca 2+ ,Mg 2+ and emulsified oil in water is high and adding process is not suitable. Therefore, these reasons may lead to that serious corrosion occured and water quality is not up to the standard There is a common problem in our onshore oilfields and the analysis is helpful to solve the problem
