摘　　要：在数控机床的使用中,国内企业常常会面临有效度低的困扰,而且故障维修和停机损失费用也相对较高。如何最大程度地保证数控机床的可靠性、增大效益是企业追求的目标。本文通过分析维修管理人员、操作使用人员、维修技术人员三种不同职位的职责,来探究保证数控机床可靠性的方法。Our enterprises usually face the trouble of low availability and high maintenance costs in NC machine＇s use.How to ensure NC machine＇s reliability for increasing benefit is enterprises＇ aim.The article introduces the methods how to ensure NC machine＇s reliability from three duties of NC machine maintenance manager,operator and maintenance technician.
