摘　　要：本文尝试运用制度分析与发展框架分析我国社区运行,通过对社区运行舞台、社区运行情境、社区运行行动者的分析,以及系统的理论阐述和详尽的理论分析来拓展制度分析与发展框架的应用范围,并为我国社区运行提供系统的理论指导。This article attempts to analyze our country community movement using the institutional analysis and development framework.through analyzing the community operating stage,the community operating situation,the community operating actor,as well as systemic and detailed theoretical analysis to expand the scope of the application development framework,but also provide for our community operating system theoretical guidance.
