摘  要:为获得高频率、高精度双二阶电流模式滤波器,根据实际AOA的开环频率特性,先分析了AOA实际电路模块的频率特性,给出了双二阶电流模式滤波器的特征方程,在一级近似条件下求出了该滤波器极点频率和品质因素的计算式,指出了该滤波器特有的"Q增强"和"ωo"减弱现象。最后通过无源补偿和频率预失真技术,消除了"Q增强"和"ωo"减弱现象。计算机仿真表明理论分析正确。To obtain biquad current-mode filter with high frequency and high accuracy, according to the open-loop frequency response of actual AOA, the frequency response of circuit modules using actual AOA was analyze& The characteristics equation of biquad current-mode filter on AOA's was given. The first order approximate equation of the Q and ωo of the filter was given, too. The Q enhancement and ωo reducing effect of the filter was analyzed. Finally, the Q enhancement and ωo reducing effect of the filter can be eliminated by passive compensation and frequency pre-distortion. The result of compute simulating shows the analysis method is valid and effective.
