饥饿对珠颈斑鸠组织糖元、抗氧化酶活性及血液相应指标的影响

摘　　要：饥饿处理珠颈斑鸠1d、2d和3d,分别测定肌肉、肝脏中糖元含量和肝脏抗氧化酶活性及血清中葡萄糖和甘油三酯含量。结果显示,饥饿处理后珠颈斑鸠体重及肝体比显著下降,肌肉、肝脏中糖元含量下降,饥饿第3d肝脏组织超氧化物歧化酶活性下降,而丙二醛含量升高,血液中血糖和甘油三酯含量显著下降。After spotted doves （Streptopelia chinensis） were starved for 1,2 and 3 days as treatments, the glycogen content in muscle and liver, the antioxidant enzyme activity of the liver, and glucose and triglyceride levels in serum were measured. The results showed that the spotted dove＇s weight and the ratio of liver weight and body weight decreased, the level of glycogen in the muscle and liver decreased significantly; Superoxide dismutase in liver also decreased, while the contents of MDA increased significantly, blood glucose and triglyceride levels were significantly decreased during the whole starvation period.
