复合材料面板夹杂粘弹性阻尼材料结构的弯曲实验分析

摘  要:对单层板的轴向、横向拉伸强度及粘弹性材料的拉伸强度进行测定以确定其弹性模量及泊松比。为了同理论结果比较,制作了专用夹具,用于测量复合材料方板的实验数据。该实验装置模拟四边固支边界条件,用于测量复合材料夹杂粘弹性阻尼材料结构受均布载荷时的静态挠度和应变,并通过转换公式得到复合结构下表面中点的正应力。实验结果同理论分析基本吻合,其误差主要由单层板与粘弹性阻尼材料的粘结剂厚度引起。Longitudinal and latitudinal tensile and shear strength of standard unidirectional laminates and the tensile strength of viscoelastic material were measured to determine their elastic modulus and Poisson's ratio.In order to compare the measured data with the theoretic results,the experimental data was obtained from a square composite plate,which was fixed by a special fixture.The experimental device is made for simulating the boundary condition of four edges clamped.The static deflection and strain of composite materials with interlayed viscoelastic damping layer were measured under uniformly loading.The underneath surface positive stress of composite structure was calculated by corresponding conversion formula.Experimental results are basically accordant with that from theoretical analysis.The error between theoretic and experimental results is mainly caused by the thickness of bond between the unidirectional laminate and the interlayed viscoelastic damping layer.
