摘 要:在常规井眼环空压力损耗计算模型基础上,根据小眼钻井特点提出了小井眼环空压力损耗的理论模型,探讨了以钻井液流变性、钻柱偏心、钻柱旋转和钻柱接头为主要影响因素的直井、近直井小间隙环空压力损耗计算问题,同时给出了模型中各因子的确定方法。通过实例计算,定量分析了钻柱偏心、钻柱旋转和钻柱接头对环空压力损耗的影响。On the basis of the model that calculates annulus pressure loss in conventional hole and according to features of slim hole drilling ,this paper analyzed the factors that influence annulus pressure loss in slim hole ,established a model to calculate annulus pressure loss in vertical well with small clearance. The model is influenced mostly by rheological property of drilling fluid , drill stem offcenter, drill pipe rotation and tool joints. Meanwhile,this paper presents methods that determine each factor in model. At users' convenience in fields, the calculating steps and samples were given which quantitatively analyzed the influences of drill stem offcenter , drill pipe rotation and tool joints on annulus pressure loss.
