摘 要:详述了吐哈盆地丘陵油田开发以来建立的现代经营管理模式,在丘陵油田的初期评价概念设计阶段、开发设计总体建设方案编制阶段、油藏综合管理初期阶段和目前阶段,均以油藏数值模拟为主要手段,结合油藏描述等工作,进行多目标优化决策。该模式强调定期的跟踪模拟和反复模拟,及时和充分利用现场动态资料,修改模型,解决当前的问题,并预测今后的动态,为油田稳产提供技术支持。应用现代经营管理模式,为丘陵油田开发充分利用人力和技术资源、降低成本和作业费用,从而最大程度提高经济效益提供了技术支持和指导。图1参2(邹冬平摘)This paper describes in detail the modern management model established since the development of Qiuling oil field, Turpan Hami basin. Numerical simulation has been the main technique in all stages — preliminary evaluation conceptual design stage, development design and overall construction program making stage, initial stage in reservoir comprehensive management, and current stage; combining with reservoir description multiple objective optimization decision has been carried out. In this model continuous simulation and simulation again and again from time to time is emphasized, the reservoir model is modified timely by using the field information on time to solve the problems encountered and predict the future performances to give a technical basis for stable production of this oil field. This modern management model makes the use of manpower and technical resources to the maximum extent to lower the operation investment cast, to give technical support and guidance for raising economic profit to its maximum extent.
