非器质性呼吸困难97例急诊诊治体会

摘　　要：目的：总结非器质性呼吸困难患者的急诊诊治体会。方法：对2007年9月-2009年12月我院急诊科97例非器质性呼吸困难患者的诊治进行回顾性分析。结果：97例患者均有不同程度的呼吸困难、焦虑、心悸、胸闷、头晕、麻木感、抽搐等症状;心电图示窦性心动过速和部分患者继发性ST-T改变。患者大多数有情绪激动的诱因,经抗焦虑、镇静治疗及对症处理、暗示治疗可迅速缓解。结论：随着现代社会身心压力的增大,非器质性呼吸困难患者明显增加,早期诊断及适当的治疗对于迅速缓解症状、减轻患者的精神压力及避免过度医疗具有重要的临床意义。Objective To summarize the experience in the diagnosis and treatment of 97 emergency patients with medically unexplained dyspnea who were admitted to the emergency department.Method Retrospectiveanalysis was performed on 97 patients,who were admitted to the emergency department of our hospital between September 2007 and December 2009.Results The 97 patients had the following symptoms：different degrees of dyspnea,anxiety,palpitation,chest distress,dizziness,mumbness,convulsion and other symptoms of body and mind.ECG showed sinus tachycardia and continuative ST-T changes in a part of patients.Intense emotion was inducement found in most patients.Those symptoms could be relieved rapidly after the therapies of diazepam,suit the remedy to the case and hint.Conclusion At the present time,there are more and move medically unexplained dyspnea patients because of the pressure of body and mind.Early diagnosis and prefect therapy can relieve the symptoms rapidly and avoid over medical treatment.
