摘  要:为优化混合料制粒工艺参数,试验探讨了混料圆筒充填率及转速对混合料制粒效果的影响。结果表明,在济钢现有烧结原料结构条件下,随着圆筒充填率的提高,混合料颗粒粒径、抗热冲击指数、原始透气性表现为先升高后降低的趋势;随着圆筒转速的提高,混合料的颗粒粒径、抗热冲击指数提高,而混合料的原始透气性能则表现为先降低后提高的趋势。最佳的混合制粒参数为圆筒充填率12%,圆筒转速21r/min(弗雷德准数Fr=7.5×10-3)。In order to optimize the palletizing parameters of the blended mix, this article discussed the influences of the fill ratio and rotating speed on the palletizing effects of the mixture by experiments. The results showed that with the increase of the fill ratio, the mix’s granule size, thermal shock index and the initial permeability increased at first, and then decreased; with the increase of the rotating speed, the mix’s granule size and the thermal shock index increased but the initial permeability decreased at first, and then increased. The best palletizing parameters were as follows: the fill ratio was 12% and the rotating speed was 21 r/min (Froude number Fr was 7.5×10^-3).
