摘　　要：通过实施煤种矿点质量评价优化、煤焦流程优化与改进及优化配煤结构的试验等,建立了焦炭质量全方位预警预控管理机制,在保持焦炭质量相对稳定且满足炼铁需求的同时,有计划地实施降成本配煤结构优化方案,年经济效益约3600万元。The all-round pre-warning and pre-controlling mechanism for coke quality was established by optimizing quality evaluation for the ore occurrences of coal rank and the coal-coke process and the experiments of improving and optimizing blending plan. It ensured the coke quality stable relatively and met the requests of iron-making production. At the same time, it carried out the blending plan for reducing cost. The economic benefits reached 36 million Yuan for a year.
