摘 要:钻井井架因长期使用,各构件、构件间连接及井架整体都会产生不同程度的损伤与缺陷,严重影响井架的承载能力。与承载能力降低的同时,井架结构的应变参数也发生相应的变化。对此,为提高井架的使用安全性,提出以实测应变参数为基础的井架剩余承载能力极限状态评定方法,即采用以应变参数测试为主,辅以结构变形测量、腐蚀测厚、焊缝探伤等综合测试方法检测在用井架结构性能,应用权限状态理论评定在用井架剩余承载能力。应用该方法已测试与评定了98部在用井架,取得了满意的效果。The members of a drilling derrick, member connections and the whole derrick will be damaged and have defects owing to servicing for a long time, this results in a great effect on the load capacity of the derrick. Along with the lowering of the load capacity of the derrick, the strain parameters of the structure change accordingly. Thereby an ultimate state method for evaluating the residual load capacity based on measured strain parameters is presented. By measurement of strain parameters aided by comprehensive detection including structure deformation measurement, corrosion depth determination and weld detection, the structure and performance of working derrick are inspected, and the residual load capacity of the derrick is evaluated by using the ultimate state theory. 98 working derricks are tested and evaluated by using this method, and the results are satisfactory.
