摘 要:激光熔覆层的稀释率是决定熔覆层性能的重要参数。预置涂层厚度、激光功率和扫描速度对稀释率有很大影响,其中预置涂层厚度是决定复合涂层稀释率的最主要因素,预置涂层厚度越大,在基材表面形成“热屏蔽”效应越大,吸收的热量越多,则稀释率越低。涂层的稀释率随着激光功率的增大而增大,随着激光扫描速度的增大而减小,稀释率和激光工艺参数之间的关系可通过与能量密度之间的关系来综合描述。对于激光熔覆Ni/50%Cr3C2复合涂层,只有稀释率不超过10%时,才能保证涂层的性能,使涂层和基体之间形成良好的冶金结合。Deposition of Ni/Cr3C2 composite layer on 2Crl3 martensitic stainless steel matrix can be realized by means of laser.The dilution of laser deposition layer is one of the decisive factors for the layer's property. The thickness of preplaced coatings, laser power and laser scanning speed have great influence on the dilution, and the thickness of the preplaced coatings is the main factor deciding the dilution, the thicker the preplaced coating, the lower the dilution. The layer dilution increases with the increase of laser power and decreases with the increase of the laser scarnning speed. The relationship between the dilution and laser technolgoical parameters can be described comprehensively by means of specific energy. As for laser deposite Ni/50%Cr3C2 composite layer, the property of the layer can be ensured only when the dilution is lower than 10%, thereby good metallurgical bonding between the layer and the matrix can be obtained.
