摘  要:在钻柱失效分析的基础上,综述了提高深井和超深井钻柱使用寿命的途径。从提高钻柱质量和改善钻柱服役条件两方面阐述了提高钻柱寿命的具体措施,即一方面提高钻具材料的韧性,优化钻具结构,使用内涂层钻杆和对螺纹进行表面处理;另一方面在保证提升能力前提下优先选用低强度钻杆,使用最佳预紧扭矩,选择合适的弯曲强度比,在钻艇和钻杆之间使用加重钻杆,控制腐蚀以及加强钻具的探伤与检验。Based on failure analysis of drill stem, the approaches to improving the service life of drill stems in deep wells and ultra-deep wells are overviewed. The concrete measures for improving the drill stem life are expounded from the aspects of improving both the drill stem's quality and service conditions. On the one hand, the toughness of drilling tools material should be improved, the structure of drill tools should be optimized, drill pipes with inside coating should be adopted and the thread surface should be treated; and on the other hand, drill pipes with low strength and optimum pretensioned torque and proper bending strength ratio should be selected, upset drill pipe should be used between drill collar and drill stem, and corrosion control and drill tools detection should be strengthened.
