卡孕栓在宫腔镜电切中扩张宫颈的探讨

摘　　要：目的评价卡孕栓住宫腔镜电切中扩张宫颈的作用。方法回顾性分析将宫腔镜电切术患者122例。分为两组各61例，卡孕栓组于手术前1小时阴道内放置卡孕栓1mg，待异丙酚静脉全麻后行手术治疗。对照组在异丙酚静脉全麻后直接行手术。记录宫颈扩张所需时间、无阻力感顺利通过宫颈内口的最大号直径。结果卡孕栓组宫颈软化良好率达88．52％，较对照组6．56％明显增高，比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。宫颈扩张所需时间的比较，卡孕栓组扩张宫颈所需时间为（2．6±0．5）min，对照组扩张宫颈所需时间为（6．4±1．2）min，差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论卡孕栓在宫腔镜电切手术中扩张宫颈的作用明显，便于手术操作。Objective Evaluation of Carprost hit the Hysteroscopy power expansion of the role of the cervix. Methods Retrospective analysis of 122 cases ofhysteroscopic electric resection. Method is divided into 2 groups.Carprost group： 1 hour before operation placed inside the vagina Carprost ling, when propofol intravenous anesthesia Across surgery. Control group： Surgery after propofol intravenous anesthesia directly. Record the time required for cervical dilatation, no resistance to flu passed the mouth of the cervix diameter of the largest numbers. Results Carprost Group cervical softening good rate of 88.52%, 6.56% higher than the control group was significantly higher. The difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Comparison of the time required for cervical dilatation, cervical Carprost time required for the expansion group （ 2.6 ± 0.5 ） min, control group, the time required for the expansion of the cervix （ 6.4 ± 1.2 ） min.There was a significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Carprost hysteroseopic surgery, in the expansion of the role of the cervix obvious, easier for surgical operation.
