摘　　要：网络赌博犯罪不同于传统的赌博犯罪,具有跨地域、链接便捷、操作简单、资金划拨迅速、隐蔽性强等特点。同时,这类犯罪手段的多样化、复杂化、犯罪主体的智能化等现实使得侦破这类犯罪时侦查取证相当困难。The network gambling crime differs from traditional gambling crime , with cross -boundary link convenient, simple, rapid transfer of funds, strong features such as hidden. At the same time, this type of crime the diversification of criminal means, complicated, intelligent, such as the main crime makes the detection of such a reality is very difficult to obtain evidence of crime.
