摘  要:将传统的降温方式和新的烧结理论相结合,采取在釉料中添加Na2B4O7的方法,促使液相在低温阶段形成,加速高温物化反应,最终首次成功研制出了烧成温度低于800℃的优质釉面。通过对添加质量分数为48%的Na2B4O7对釉料烧成过程影响的DSC-TG曲线分析,我们发现:釉料始熔温度降低了500℃;熔融过程温宽增加了200℃;CO2等气体脱出温度降低了80℃。通过釉层表面和胚釉断面SEM表征分析我们发现,添加质量分数为48%的Na2B4O7,釉料熔融范围为600~780℃;烧成过程中釉料矿物向胚体扩散,有胚釉结合层生成,胚釉结合紧密良好。釉料的烧成温度随Na2B4O7含量的增加,呈现降低趋势,且含量在32~44%间变化时,温度下降最为显著。Here,a glaze with a melting temperature below 800℃was obtained on the basis of the research of the effects of Na2B4O7 on reducing the melting temperature of glaze.DSC-TG curves for the addition of Na2B4O7 with 48%weight proportion indicated:the initial melting temperature of glaze is reduced by 500℃,the temperature width of melting process is increased by 20℃,and the weight loss coursed by the emission of CO2 is reduced by 80℃.SEM analyses show that,with the addition of 48%weight proportion of Na2B4O7 to the glaze,the melting temperature was between 600℃and 780℃,the material of glaze were diffused to the embryo and the embryo glaze layer was generated,so that the embryo and glaze contact closely and perfectly.The melting temperature of glaze decrease with the increase of the Na2B4O7 content,and the temperature drop is the most significant with the content of Na2B4O7 is between 32%and 44%.
