摘　　要：利用电镀废渣、红粘土和页岩为主要原料,采用探索性试验和正交试验等方法较成功地研制出黑色生料釉,该釉烧成温度范围为1270～1285℃。对该釉性能的测试,表明该釉具有适应性和热稳定性好,制作成本低的特点。为电镀废渣的综合利用,提供了新的思路,有良好的节约资源和环保意义。The black glaze was successfully studied with electroplating sludge and red clay and shale as main raw materials,exploratory experiments and orthogonal test methods have been used,the glaze firing temperature range is 1270～1285℃.Tests to performance of the glaze show that the adaptability and thermal stability of glaze are good,low production costs.This provides a new way of comprehensive utilization electroplate.waste residue and has a good resource conservation and environmental protection significance.
