摘 要:利用聚合-热转化两步法,以TiCl4作催化剂和Ti源,由糠醇单体聚合制备出了具有共轭结构的高分子(CPF)和TiO2的纳米复合催化材料(TiO2/CPF);用TEM、XRD、FT-IR和UV-Vis等技术对其进行了表征,以亚甲基蓝(MB)为目标污染物研究了该材料在自然光条件下的催化性能。结果表明,由该方法可以得到纳米级TiO2/CPF复合材料,其中TiO2的结构为锐钛矿型,CPF具有大的共轭结构,且与TiO2之间存在强相互作用。CPF与TiO2的复合将TiO2的光谱响应拓展到了整个紫外-可见区,极大地改善了TiO2在自然光条件下的催化性能。在自然光条件下,该复合材料,能够在5 min将MB溶液完全脱色,COD去除率达93.9%;重复利用6次对MB溶液的脱色率依然在95%以上,而纯TiO2在紫外光照射3 h时COD去除率仅为54.4%。Nanosized TiO2/CPF complex catalyst was successfully prepared through a two-step method from furancarbinol monomer and TiCl4 used as the catalyst and Ti source and was characterized by TEM,XRD,FT-IR and UV-Vis techniques.Its photocatalytic property was evaluated by using the degradation of methylene blue(MB) dye solution as model reaction under the irradiation of natural light.The results showed that the nanosized TiO2/CPF complex material could be obtained through the said method.The crystalline structure of TiO2 in the complex nanomaterials was anatase.Having a large conjugated structure,CPF was closely linked with TiO2 by a strong interaction.Introducing CPF into TiO2 extended the photo response of TiO2 from UV to visible region and the catalytic property was greatly improved under the natural light.The TiO2/CPF nano-sized material could fully decolorize the dye MB and its COD removal reached 93.9% in 5 min under the irradiation of natural light,while in the case of TiO2 the COD removal rate of the MB solution only reached 54.5% in 3 h under the illumination of a 250 W high-pressure lamp.
