摘 要:利用低温共烧陶瓷(简称LTCC)技术设计制造片式多层微波器件已成为当今的研究热点。ZnO-TiO2系微波介质陶瓷具有介电常数适中、介电损耗低、频率温度系数可调和低温烧结等特点,它是具有开发价值的LTCC微波介质材料。实验结果表明:在ZnO-TiO2系统中加入微量的添加剂MgCO3与ZrO2,构成双元复合取代掺杂系统Zn1-xMgxTi1-xZrxO3,当x值取0.07时,最佳介电性能为:εr为29.4,Qf为4285GHz,τf为-8ppm/℃,且该微波介质陶瓷适合于水基流延成型和低温烧结,为LTCC微波介质陶瓷产业化打下了良好的基础。Low-temperature co-fired ceramics (abbreviated as LTCC) technology is used to design and produce multi-layer chip microwave components, which has become a research focus nowadays. ZnO- TiO2 system microwave dielectric ceramics has some characters of moderate dielectric constant, low dielectric loss, adjustable frequency temperature coefficient and low temperature sintering. It has a great development prospect of the LTCC microwave dielectric materials. The experiment results show a dual compound replaced doping system Zn,_xMgxTil_xZrxO3 is constituted by adding a small amount of additives of MgCO3 and ZrO2 in ZnO-TiO2 system. The dielectric ceramic properties is best when x is 0.07. ε r is 29.4, Qf is 4285GHz, r f is -8ppm/℃ . The dielectric ceramic is suitable for aqueous tape casting and Low-temperature sintering, it set a foundation on the mass production of the LTCC microwave dielectric ceramic.
