摘  要:房地产市场上房地产企业、消费者、银行和地方政府等各种行为主体之间的信息不对称状况,表现出形形色色的违法违规失信行为,最终引起房地产市场价格机制失灵、效率低下。因此,今后应建立房地产企业征信体系,建立规范化的信息披露机制,加强对房地产企业的信用评级和对房地产企业的监管;同时,不断完善个人征信体系建设。The information asymmetry among the real estate enterprises, consumers, banks and local governments and other participants in real estate market has been seen all sorts of illegal behaviors of dishonesty and eventually result in the failure of the real estate market pricing meehanism and inefficiency. Therefore, in future, itg necessary to establish the real estate business eredit information system, to build up a standardized information disclosure mechanism so as to strengthen the real estate business credit rating and regulation of real estate businesses; at the same time, to improve continuously construction of the individual credit information system.
