煤矿变频设备连接电缆探讨

摘　　要：分析了变频调速过程中串联谐振发生时电流电压的变化,对当前煤矿常用变频器电缆进行了探讨。重点介绍了MVFPT型对称结构变频器电缆的结构、材质及优越性能。MVFPT型对称结构变频器电缆主线芯与零线芯位置采取对称结构设计,并增加电缆主线芯金属屏蔽与成缆后金属屏蔽。这种结构和设计有较好的抗压、防爆、过载安全性能以及抗干扰性能。Analysed the changes of currents and voltage when series resonant happens during variable frequency speed regulation,discussed inverter cables which prevail in many coal mines in recent years. The paper mainly introduced the structural design, material and good performance of MVFPT type inverter cable with symmetric structure. The location design of mainline core and zero line core are symmetrical in MVFPT type inverter cable with symmetric structure,metal shield of cable mainline core and metal shield after cabling are also appended on them. Above structure design has good performances of compression resistance, explosion-proof, overload protection and anti-interference.
