摘  要:针对现有励磁方式的缺陷,提出了一种新型的三值正弦矩形波励磁方式,采用具有16位ADC采集模块的MSP430F4793单片机作为MCU,构建了电磁流量计样机。论文详细地分析了新型励磁方式的特点并介绍了软、硬件设计。试验结果表明,新型励磁方式有效地提高了信号的稳定性,克服了矩形波励磁方式带来的微分干扰难题,也解决了正弦波励磁中的正交干扰的影响,减小了测量误差,对小流速阶段的测量准确度改善明显。A novel three-value sine and rectangular waveform exciting mode is proposed,as to overcome the disadvantage of current exciting mode.The prototype is established by using the MSP430F4793 as the core controller which has 16-bit Sigma-Delta A/D converters.The characteristics of the new exciting mode are analyzed in details,and the design of the hardware and software is introduced.The experimental results of the prototype flowmeter indicate that signal is stabilized,the differential interference and orthogonal interference are solved while errors are reduced by the new exciting mode.Besides,the measurement accuracy of small velocity phase is improved particularly.
