摘　　要：简要分析了控规调整产生的原因,归纳了当前控规调整的一般方法,及其引发的问题与争议,重点提出以城市设计为基础的控规调整原则与方法,并以重庆市鸿恩寺片区部分地块控规调整研究为实例探讨该原则与方法的具体运用,为今后的控规调整实践提供科学的操作手法。Through analyzing the causes of the adjustment of regulatory detailed plan and summing the methods of the adjustment used by most planners,as well as the disputes of the adjustment caused,this article puts forward the principle and methods of the adjustment which based on urban design.At the same time,this article gives an example of adjustment of regulatory detailed plan in Hongensi county,Chongqing,which applied the principle and methods once noticed.It could be an effective example for later adjustment.
